Letter writing is archaic and should not be taught any more.

I agree that letter writing is somewhat archaic in the constantly evolving world of technology. According to a study conducted by the Radicati Group, it is estimated that more than 210 billion emails are sent each day. Although letter writing is becoming somewhat outdated, it is still important that proper letter writing is taught. A lot of information is still being communicated through letters. Not everyone has an email address but most people have an address where a letter could be delivered. Well written business letters will be a valuable tool for years to come.
